I had the opportunity to redesign the menus at Tulum Fresh Mexican Grill restaurant. The “Rice Bowls” menu I had created as a standalone prior to this project, and the marketing director requested a full redesign of their print materials in this style. The goal was to create a better flow to the menu, make categories easier to locate, and improve sales of products that were hard to find on the previous menu.
